About EGCS

I am a private practice licensed professional counselor serving clients online in the state of Georgia. As a therapist, it is my goal to meet each client where they are and create a space where everyone feels welcome. 

 

My overall goal for each of my clients is to increase the love and acceptance they have for themselves and to empower growth within their lives.

I provide counseling services from a non-judgmental and empathetic point of view. I work from an integrative therapeutic perspective that prioritizes each individual’s experiences without bias.

My approach to therapy uses a variety of therapeutic interventions and theories, as well as the most recent research in the field to create treatment plans that address each unique client. Primarily I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, multicultural, person-centered, and feminist theories.

With this approach I will provide psychoeducation about skills that will maintain the progress we make in therapy for many years to come.
